HAPPY FRIDAY ! I am doing well !
Happy FRIDAY EVERYONE!!!! I am glad I can give you some good news to kick off the weekend!
Mick did great, he is getting smart he knows when he is at the hospital and starts to get upset. He is not liking the echo these days...I had to hold him and sing to have him sleep. Once he fell asleep Dr. Klimenne was able to take many pics of his special heart. He was in the echo room for one hour and a half!
Dr. K was very pleased. He did see the narrowing but is not worried about it at this point. His head swelling is part of the Glenn. I explained to him not worry about swelling of the head, I am worried that it has gotten worse since we left the hospital and is there anything we should do. He said no and give it time.
Lungs are still wet bet have improved. Again just Give it time.
Sats are where you would expect them to be post Glenn and wet lungs so Give it time.
Mick will no longer be followed at Cornell, where he needs to be very closely monitored by the best. We will be going to Columbia from here on out.
Dr. K thinks Mick has gone through the worst of it so far and the future should be alot easier. He then knocked on wood, we all joined in.
But all in all Good news, we will just have to give our little angle more time to heal.
Sorry excuse all errors so tired going to take nap while mick is asleep and grandpa is still here.

Home sweet home pooped after a long morning
Thank Goodness Grandpa was with us for the Dr. APt. it was a long morning. I love sleeping in grandpa's arms!
Auntie Caitlin is so funny. We played with my new toys last night!

So glad that all is well with little Mick. You all have been through so much. Our little angel is teaching us all how fragile life is, but there is always rays of joy and love all around us. Happy to hear all is going well and you guys are enjoying this beautiful indian summer weather. No fair telling my finger sucking but it is cute to see him do it too. Love the blanket but know that the Yankee side is there for Tommy so I don't feel bad. I hope you are all caught up on sleep and continue to get good news.
