sorry so quick but did not want to leave you hanging , Caitlin is at work and can;t update:
Mick is giving it his all !! My little Irish Tiger keeps fighting away! He is doing much better then last night and this morning. He is heading in a much better direction!
He is extremely swollen right now, I am calling him my Buddha Baby.( sorry Griffin humor )
But seriously, we have a ways to go, he is still considered Critical.
The GOOD news is that he is doing much better and I know is going to MAKE IT !!!!
The surgeon just came by and was surprised by the size of Mick's head ( triple the size) but assured us that he would be fine and this sometimes happens with Glenn patients. Mick is just going to take more time.
The issues right now are the possible narrowing of the Glenn, his Saturation levels, blood pressure, urine output, and circulation. They all are connected to his over all success. The team here feels he will be fine it is just going to take more time then expected.

I'm so happy he's doing good. Although, there's no surprise there. Baby Michael has a lot of fight in him. Hang in there Meg & Tommy!! You'll have him home watching football from his lounging chair in no time.
You are all amazing. I feel like I know little Mick just through the blog and I know he's a fighter. Thank you for keeping the blog updated, I continue to check it daily.
