Michael had a visit from his Aunt Sarah today. After her 8 hour trek here, she got to take in all of his stretches and funny face. Michael sucked on the pacifier for her and grabbed her finger.
Megan got to change his diaper again and was able to complete the task with everyone remaining dry.
Quite monumental for both baby and mom.
He also got a visit from his Nana, Grandpa, and Uncle Sean. We got to see him and watch him (which, incidentally, one could do forever). He was sleeping soundly and peacefully dreaming.
He's doing great and is well rested for his surgery tomorrow.
Meg has suggested that everyone play "Eye of the Tiger" tomorrow to send out positive, strong vibes into the world. (Apparently, she listened to this before every basketball, lacrosse, and field hockey game.)

It's hard to believe that this healthy robust looking miniature Tommy needs surgery tomorrow. I'm glad his first week has been filled with love. If he is anything like his Auntie Caitlin he will fly through surgery and be ready to vote in the Democratic election. Right Caitlin?
